Boiler, HVAC, AC and Heat Pumps

We offer classes that certify you in the areas of Low and High Pressure Boiler Operation, HVAC and Pneumatics, and Basic AC and Heat Pump Operations (All separate courses)

Custodial Housekeeping

This course intends to provide students with knowledge for housekeeping and custodial services in a health care, school and public building.

Maintenance Management

This Class will introduce you to strategies and procedures for planning, implementing and evaluating an effective building maintenance program.
